Gambie\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Le premier Centre d'apprentissage Yepafrica a ouvert ses portes en 2015 \u00e0 Brikama, en Gambie. Yepafrica promeut l'\u00e9mancipation des jeunes en Gambie depuis\u00a02007. Dans ce pays, Yepafrica est une organisation nationale pour la jeunesse rattach\u00e9e au Conseil national de la jeunesse. Elle est install\u00e9e dans le Centre d'apprentissage local pour l'\u00e9mancipation des jeunes \u00e0 Brikama, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 notre \u00e9quipe forme les jeunes.<\/p>\n

Les cours de formation incluent \u00ab\u00a0Fondamentaux de l'\u00e9mancipation et entrepreneuriat\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9veloppement d'un business plan\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9veloppement des talents\u00a0\u00bb. Ils ont tous en commun de sensibiliser sur la question de la migration irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Notre \u00e9quipe gambienne se compose de trois \u00ab\u00a0Yeppers\u00a0\u00bb salari\u00e9s, qui g\u00e8rent le centre d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n

Nous travaillons aussi avec sept formateurs ind\u00e9pendants. Yepafrica en Gambie forme 300 jeunes par an. Parmi eux, 85\u00a0% sont maintenant employ\u00e9s ou ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 leur propre entreprise. Aucun des jeunes ayant suivi nos cours de formation n'a tent\u00e9 de rejoindre l'Europe.
