Il r\u00eave d'\u00eatre \u00e0 la t\u00eate de sa propre entreprise et de contribuer \u00e0 la baisse du taux de ch\u00f4mage. Il souhaite \u00e9galement faire progresser son pays sur le plan socio-\u00e9conomique. Frances fait actuellement partie du personnel d'entretien du Sea Front Resident Hotel, mais il esp\u00e8re un jour \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendant plut\u00f4t qu'employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le moment, son emploi d'homme d'entretien le motive, car il repr\u00e9sente une bonne opportunit\u00e9 d'acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances et d'apprendre de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences dans le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie. Les touristes sont les principaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ses services, mais ils ne sont pas les seuls.<\/p>\n<p>Il r\u00e9ussit bien en raison de ses efforts, de son assurance et de sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 progresser jusqu'\u00e0 devenir entrepreneur. Selon lui, outre ces facteurs, une gestion financi\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise est n\u00e9cessaire. Il a d'ailleurs acquis cette comp\u00e9tence lors du cours \u00ab\u00a0Fondamentaux du marketing\u00a0\u00bb de Yepafrica, qu'il a suivi en\u00a02018.<\/p>\n<p>Mettant en pratique les comp\u00e9tences acquises lors de cette formation, Frances \u00e9conomise actuellement de l'argent et d\u00e9pose des demandes de pr\u00eats et de subventions pour pouvoir diriger sa propre entreprise.
