Nadat Musa Sidibeh terugkeerde van zijn \u2018Back Way\u2019-reis naar Libi\u00eb startte hij in 2018 zijn eigen cosmeticabedrijf. Hij verkoopt zijn spullen voornamelijk op straat.<\/p>\n<p>Het was zijn frustratie over zijn mislukte \u2018Back Way\u2019-reis die hem motiveerde een bedrijf te starten. Daarnaast was hij vastbesloten en bereid om heel hard te werken. Zijn bedrijf heeft een positief effect op zijn (volledig vrouwelijke) client\u00e8le: zijn producten zijn goed voor hun huid en zorgen dat ze zich mooi voelen. Musa volgde in 2018 de cursus Marketing Essentials van Yepafrica. Hij is ervan overtuigd dat deze training een belangrijke invloed heeft gehad op de ontwikkeling van zijn bedrijf. De kennis die hij met de cursus opdeed, past hij vandaag de dag toe.<\/p>\n<p>Ondanks het feit dat Musa hard werkt en een echte doorzetter is, wordt hij geconfronteerd met uitdagingen en hindernissen die een negatieve invloed hebben op de ontwikkeling van zijn bedrijfsactiviteiten. Het grootste probleem is dat hij geen winkel heeft om zijn producten te verkopen \u2013 een probleem dat het meest voelbaar is tijdens het regenseizoen. Daarnaast is er een gebrek aan financi\u00eble steun om zijn activiteiten verder te ontwikkelen.
